Here we gather all the items that have been blessed in our warehouse by a Catholic priest: St Christopher medals, keyrings, olive wood necklaces, crosses and more. Each of these items comes with a certificate card showing the date of the blessing.

A blessed medal or a blessed cross is a sign of faith and blessing that you carry with you or give as a gift. LUNEXUS: Founded in 1889 · revived in 2025.

How the blessing works at LUNEXUS

Many, but not all, of the items in our range are blessed in our own warehouse by a Catholic priest. A business-card-sized certificate card showing the date of the blessing is included. In this collection you will find exactly the items for which this is the case. We describe what a blessing day looks like in the article How does a blessing work?.

What is a blessing and what does it mean?

In the Catholic Church, alongside the sacraments there are also blessings of objects that accompany people in faith. A blessed object is not magic and not a promise of protection. It reminds you that you are travelling under God's blessing. That is why many people give blessed things on occasions when they wish the recipient well: at a christening, on passing the driving test, on recovery.

As a gift

Blessed for a christening, driving test and birthday

Blessed items have a firm place on many occasions. At a christening you wish the child blessing, on passing the driving test a safe journey, on recovery strength. Anyone who gives a blessed cross or pendant expresses this without many words. The certificate card with the date is a small personal record of it. We recommend enclosing it with the gift or keeping it in a safe place.

Blessed items for parishes

Parishes, schools and groups like to order larger quantities, for example for First Holy Communion or Confirmation. There is a quantity discount on the total quantity; parishes can buy on invoice (15-day payment terms). Just ask us on +49 30 2178 2502 (German and English) or at hallo@lunexus.world.

The certificate card turns a small gift into something personal. You can tell whether an item is blessed from its title (“blessed”).
