How can I pay?

Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free within Germany. To Austria and France it costs €5.90; to Italy €6.90 and to Spain €6.90. Wooden statues from the woodcarving workshop are shipped separately and insured from South Tyrol (Germany and Austria only, €6.90). Find out more under Shipping & payment.
Who delivers my order?
We ship via Amazon's logistics network.
Do you also deliver abroad?
We currently deliver to Germany, Austria, France, Italy and Spain. We deliver wooden statues from the woodcarving workshop to Germany and Austria only.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes. For items from our warehouse you have 30 days. For wooden statues from the woodcarving workshop the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal applies. The details are in our returns policy. See Returns policy and Shipping & payment.
What should I do if an item arrives damaged?
Write to us at hallo@lunexus.world with a short photo. We will take care of it personally. For wooden statues from the woodcarving workshop, please report transport damage within 48 hours.
Blessing
Are all items blessed?
No, many but not all. An item is only blessed if the product details say so. You will find all blessed items in the Blessed items collection. The wooden statues from the woodcarving workshop are not blessed in our warehouse. More on the page How we bless; the items: Blessed items.
Who blesses the items?
A Catholic priest from the Diocese of Fulda blesses many of our items in our own warehouse.
Is there proof of the blessing?
Yes. A business-card-sized certificate card showing the date of the blessing is enclosed.
Can I get a particular blessing date?
Unfortunately we cannot promise a particular date. The date on the card is the actual date of the blessing. Write to us if a date is important to you.
Parishes, institutions & municipalities
Is there a discount for parishes, institutions, municipalities and clubs?
Yes: 10% from 10 items, 15% from 25, 20% from 50 on the total quantity of the order, freely combinable. You receive the quote on request. The tiered discount does not apply to the wooden statues from the woodcarving workshop – we will gladly prepare a quote for those. See Volume discount and For parishes, the Church & municipalities.
Can parishes and institutions order on invoice?
Yes. All approved institutions (parishes, church institutions, municipalities and clubs) order on invoice with 15 days to pay. Apply for an account.
How does a bulk order work?
You enquire with us, we give you a quote, you order, and we ship via Amazon's logistics network.
Are there terms for monastery shops and resellers?

What products does LUNEXUS offer?
Crosses, rosaries, jewellery and necklaces, keyrings, magnets and medals, pictures, guardian angels and saint motifs, plus T-shirts.
Are there wooden statues?
Yes. In our woodcarving workshop you will find hand-carved wooden statues from South Tyrol (Val Gardena). Delivery time is approx. 3–4 weeks, and insured shipping is directly from the workshop to Germany and Austria. The 14-day statutory right of withdrawal applies to statues.
Where does LUNEXUS come from?
The name LUNEXUS Devotionalien-Compagnie goes back to 1889, and in 2025 we revived it. More on the page About us. Find out more under About us.
