Shipping for items from our warehouse
- Germany: free shipping
- Austria and France: €5.90 (Italy: €6.90, Spain: €6.90)
- We ship via Amazon's logistics network. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by email.
Wooden statues from the woodcarving workshop
The hand-carved wooden statues from our woodcarving workshop in South Tyrol (Val Gardena) do not come from our warehouse but directly from the workshop. Separate terms apply to them:
- Shipping: insured directly from the workshop in South Tyrol, to Germany and Austria only, €6.90.
- Delivery time: approx. 3–4 weeks.
- Returns: The 14-day statutory right of withdrawal applies.
- Transport damage: Please report it to us within 48 hours, ideally with a few photos, at hallo@lunexus.world.
Payment
In the shop you pay with PayPal, credit card, Klarna and other payment methods, and also with Apple Pay and Google Pay if your device supports them. You can see which options are available for your order at checkout. All approved institutions (parishes, church institutions, municipalities and clubs) can order on invoice (15 days), see For parishes & groups.
Returns
For all items from our warehouse you have 30 days to return your order. The exception is the wooden statues from the woodcarving workshop: the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal applies to them (see above). All the details are in our Returns policy.
