A cross in light wood looks warm and inviting. The polished metal strips emphasise the shape without dominating and give the cross a modern touch. At 20 × 14 cm it fits above the bed, in the hallway or in the prayer corner and is also suitable for a nursery. As a gift for a christening, Communion or Confirmation, it becomes a keepsake that grandparents and godparents can give to their loved ones for the journey ahead – a calm sign of faith in the home.
The cross is made of light beech wood that has been sanded and sealed, so the surface feels smooth and velvety. The metal strips are neatly inset and polished. At about 110 g it is light, and the enclosed mounting material allows fixing to different types of wall. According to the product information, it is handmade. Before dispatch it is blessed by a Catholic priest, and a business-card-sized certificate showing the date of the blessing is enclosed.

A Catholic priest visits us regularly and blesses newly arrived goods right here in our warehouse. Each blessed item comes with a certificate showing the date of the blessing.
