The picture of an angel leading children across a bridge is one of the best-known guardian angel motifs. It speaks of trust: anyone crossing a narrow bridge is glad of a hand to hold. The angel in the background makes visible what believers ask for in prayer, namely companionship on life's journey. That is why this motif is often given at a christening, a birth or First Holy Communion, and hangs in many nurseries. It reminds parents and children alike of security and invites a short prayer before bedtime.
The art print is set in a solid wood frame that has been smoothly sanded. On the gold version it has a subtle patina, on the natural version it is light and natural. A pane of real glass protects the picture from dust, keeps the colours clear and gives the picture depth. On the back, a sturdy hanger makes wall mounting simple and secure. The pictures are made in Germany. So you receive a framed picture that can go straight on the wall and suits classic and modern interiors alike.
