Lime Wood Wall Cross 26 cm – Natural, blessed

A sign that remains

The cross is the central sign of the Christian faith. This wall cross shows it in its simplest form: without corpus, without ornament, just the clear line of the vertical and horizontal beams. It is precisely this restraint that makes it versatile. You can hang it above the bed, beside the front door or in a quiet corner where you want to come to rest for a moment. As a gift for a christening, Communion or Confirmation, it accompanies a person through the years as a visible sign of faith and connection, entirely without big words.

Lime wood from Germany

Lime wood is light, even and can be worked finely. That makes it a popular material for crosses that are meant to look simple and warm. This cross is handmade in Germany, the surface is smoothly sanded and covered with a transparent natural varnish. So the natural grain remains visible and the wood is protected at the same time. Because every piece comes from grown wood, no cross looks exactly like another – nuances of colour and grain are part of it and make each piece a small one of a kind.
