In the Catholic tradition, St Christopher is venerated as the patron saint of travellers, walkers and pilgrims. According to legend, he carried the Christ Child safely through a river. This medal bears his image on both sides and can be worn by you as a chain or pendant. It accompanies you on the way to work, on long journeys or on the Camino de Santiago, and reminds you that you are carried. As a gift for passing the driving test, for a christening, Communion or Confirmation, or before a journey, it is a quiet sign of trust.
The medal is made of high-quality stainless steel, polished and kept in a silver tone. Both sides carry a precise relief that shows the saint clearly. At around 8 g it is light and can be worn unobtrusively. The enclosed stainless steel chain has a secure spring-ring clasp. According to the manufacturer, the medal comes from Italy. Before dispatch, a Catholic priest blesses it in the LUNEXUS warehouse, and a business-card-sized certificate showing the date of the blessing is enclosed.
