At just 2.3 cm in diameter, this St Christopher car medal is the smallest version in this range: a silver-coloured relief with an antique finish that sits unobtrusively on the dashboard. It shows St Christopher with the Child Jesus on his shoulder.

His feast day falls on 24 July in the German-speaking world; the Roman Martyrology gives 25 July. Around this date many parishes invite people to a vehicle blessing, often on St Christopher Sunday. If you would like to know more about the saint, you will find him in thesaints' encyclopaedia.
