The equal-armed “Linea” cross has four arms of equal length, which makes it look compact and balanced. Four golden rods lie on the wood, grouped around a small square in the centre; the border is stained slightly offset. It is a wooden cross without a corpus.
The cross with arms of equal length is an old form, long known in Christendom; here it is executed very plainly. The name “Linea” comes from the workshop and refers to the golden lines. In every form, the cross remains a sign of faith.
