Large, light and with a corpus: this crucifix on a black leather cord is a necklace that makes a statement. The cross is mother-of-pearl coloured, the body of the crucified Christ silver-coloured, and at 10.5 × 6.5 cm it is clearly visible.

Unlike the plain cross, a crucifix shows Jesus Christ on the cross. It recalls his death and the sacrifice that Christians understand in faith as redemption. The light surface contrasts with the dark cord and the silver corpus.
