The tau cross has the shape of the Greek letter tau and is regarded as one of the oldest Christian signs. It is also called the Franciscan cross because St Francis of Assisi used it as his signature and sign. On this bracelet it is the central motif and recalls blessing and closeness to the faith. You can wear it every day without it appearing showy, and choose it as a personal sign for yourself or as a gift for a christening, Communion or Confirmation.
The bracelet is made of lava stone, a porous, earthy-looking natural stone, and, depending on the colour, of amethyst, carnelian, howlite, tiger's eye, jade or unakite. The beads are strung on a stretchy cord, and the tau cross is made of silver-coloured metal. According to the manufacturer, each bracelet is made by hand in Italy. Because natural stone is used, the colour and pattern of each bead differ a little. Before dispatch, a Catholic priest blesses the bracelet in the LUNEXUS warehouse, and a business-card-sized certificate showing the date of the blessing is enclosed.
