The Miraculous Medal is one of the best-known signs of devotion to Mary. Here it is set as a gold-plated medal firmly into a prayer card showing Pope Leo XIV. The card is only 9×5 cm and so finds room in a wallet, a prayer book or on the bedside table. It reminds you in everyday life of a moment of reflection and is a quiet companion on journeys. As a gift for godchildren, grandchildren or friends it is a small, personal sign of faith – for a christening, Communion or Confirmation, for example.
The card is glossy laminated and has rounded edges, so it keeps its shape even with frequent use. The gold-plated medal is set firmly into the card. At about 5 g it is feather-light. According to the manufacturer, it is made in Italy. Before dispatch the card is blessed by a Catholic priest; a business-card-sized certificate showing the date of the blessing is enclosed. A multilingual greeting of blessing rounds off the little gift.

A Catholic priest visits us regularly and blesses newly arrived goods right here in our warehouse. Each blessed item comes with a certificate showing the date of the blessing.
Because the blessings take place at different times, each certificate may carry a different date.
