Description & details

Dark-stained lime wood gives this wall cross a calm, warm presence. At 28 cm high and 15 cm wide it hangs well above a sofa, chest of drawers or bed, and stands out without being loud.

Lime is a soft, even wood that can be sanded finely; the stain emphasises the dark brown tone and leaves the natural grain visible. The simple cross does without a figure of Christ: it is the sign alone that stands for faith in the room.
