The wood of this spatula comes from olive groves in the Bethlehem region. Olive trees have long been cultivated there and grow slowly, which gives the wood a high density and hardness. From this material a kitchen helper is made by hand that joins nature and traditional craft. Because every piece is grained differently, each one is unique and brings a warm, authentic accent to your kitchen. As a gift it suits people who love cooking and appreciate natural materials.
The spatula is 31 cm long, about 5 cm wide and weighs around 200 g. The solid olive wood is dense and sturdy, and the surface is smoothly sanded. The ergonomic shape sits well in the hand and makes turning and stirring easier. As the spatula has no metal parts, it is suitable for coated pans and pots. Olive wood is naturally hygienic and does not absorb odours. Colour and pattern vary slightly from piece to piece, which is part of the natural material.
