Every olive wood salad server set is a unique piece. The grain ranges from delicate lines to bold swirls and tells of the growth of the tree the wood came from. Added to this are warm, golden-brown shades. The servers consist of a salad spoon and fork and, at 32 cm long, are well suited to serving salads elegantly. They enrich your table with a natural material and also make a thoughtful gift for a birthday, wedding or move.
The solid olive wood comes from selected groves in the Bethlehem region. According to the manufacturer, cuttings that arise from tree pruning are used. The wood is cut to size and sanded by hand in the traditional way until the surface is smooth and sits comfortably in the hand. Olive wood is naturally hygienic and does not absorb odours or stains. The servers weigh about 200 g. A damp cloth and occasionally a little cooking oil are enough to keep the wood beautiful.
