Description & details

A dove carrying the cross: this olive wood pendant brings peace and faith together in one motif. It measures approx. 5.5 × 5.0 cm, is worked by hand in Bethlehem and hangs on a gold-coloured ribbon.

In the Bible the dove is a sign of the Holy Spirit, for instance at the baptism of Jesus in the Jordan, and, with the olive branch in the story of Noah, also a sign of peace. Fittingly, the pendant is cut from the wood of the olive tree. The cross within the dove makes it an image of peace that comes from faith.

  • Dimensions: approx. 5.5 × 5.0 cm, approx. 12 g
  • Material: olive wood from Bethlehem, natural (untreated) and finely sanded
  • Hanging: gold-coloured ribbon, approx. 20 cm
  • Contents: pendant, ribbon, certificate card with the date of the blessing

A pretty idea for Advent, for Christmas, for a birthday or for First Holy Communion, Confirmation and Protestant confirmation. On the Christmas tree, at the window or on a gift ribbon, the dove quietly delivers a message of peace. Please protect from moisture and direct sunlight; a decoration, not a toy for children under 3 years.

The dove of peace pendant is blessed by a Catholic priest in our warehouse. Shipped via Amazon's logistics network – free within Germany, €5.90 to Austria and France; Italy €6.90, Spain €6.90. 30-day returns. More pieces can be found in the collectionOlive wood from Bethlehem.
