This one comes from France: a deeply embossed, silver-coloured relief shows the saint with the Child Jesus on his shoulder, with beneath it the wish that you give to every driver on their way.

Since cars became part of everyday life, St Christopher has been the patron saint of motorists – before that already of travellers, boatmen and ferrymen.
