It is made in Val Gardena and painted by hand.

The group joins the Crucifixion with a depiction of the Trinity: God the Father, the Son on the cross and the Holy Spirit in the form of a dove. The motif takes up an old pictorial idea in which the Crucifixion and the Trinity are seen together. As in any crucifixion group, figures are shown at the cross, here with the additional figure at its foot.

Heights: 82 cm, 110 cm, 160 cm

Finish: hand-painted – painted with oil colours, decorated with gold leaf and silver leaf, fixed with lacquer

Wood: wood from the Val Gardena valley – mainly lime wood, depending on size also maple or Swiss stone pine

At 82 to 160 cm, the figure is better suited to rooms dedicated to prayer: a chapel, a side altar, a parish room.
